Garvin Avenue had been boarded up when we purchased the property. The rain had been pouring through roof causing major damage to the large bathroom and hallway. The Kitchen was reconfigured and the bathrooms were completely remodeled. This project also included new electrical wiring throughout, new windows, new roofing, and paint inside and out. Drought tolerant landscaping was added to complete the project and enhance curb appeal. This project was completed and ready for staging in 8 weeks.
