Manila Avenue was a 1000 square foot home that was boarded up. This small home had become a blight on the neighborhood, and had squatters living in the property. The siblings that owned this property were in their seventies and did not have the finances nor ability to complete the project. After asking what they would like to receive for the property. We offered the family both a cash price and a partnership estimate. In fact we offered the homeowners more than they asked for based upon our evaluation of the property. Additionally, this property was in probate. We worked with the family and Probate Attorney to complete the transaction as quickly and efficiently as possible.
