Keith D. Roueché BID
Keith received a degree in Industrial Design from Syracuse University. During his time at Syracuse Keith also attended many Architectural and, Art History Classes. The exposure to art and design that came before us can provide insight into the appropriate nature of creativity. This insight provides a strong foundation, from which to explore the design possibilities, for each building and interior.
As an interior designer Keith has had real experience working with current and period design. The understanding of period architecture gives us the ability to make sure that planned renovations fit with the character and style of the existing home. It is important that improvements add to the overall appeal and value of the home regardless of Style. We would like to believe that our renovations increase the value of each home by improving not only the beauty, but also the functionality of each space we design.
Keith has an ability to focus on important details. He believes that creation of true quality begins at the first conversation and is the focus of each phase of a project. Quality can not be added at the end of the project it must be created along the way to firmly reside within each project.
Local expertise is invaluable for each phase of your project. Having lived in the Bay Area for over 30 years Keith understands the condition of the homes and land in the North Berkeley, Kensington, and El Cerrito area. Our experience includes the design, engineering, and permitting processes. We have a positive relationship with the local building departments because of our open working policies, and strict adherence to local building codes.
