Stratford Road was owned by a woman in her eighties who was a hoarder and had fallen and injured herself. We stepped in and provided an offer that was accepted and allowed the owner to move to a local supported living facility. The project itself had begun as a simple renovation and quickly became a major ground up rehab. This project took nearly 2 years to complete including 6 months in the permitting process. The work included a major foundation and all new mechanical systems, windows, doors, and walls.
